Hi, I’m Johannah! I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with a passion for helping people improve their health through food—on their terms. I’m also a mom of two, a wife, a runner, a yogi, and a veggie enthusiast.
With over 9 years of experience in healthcare, I’ve worked in clinical and outpatient nutrition, diabetes education, and food service management. But as my career evolved, I realized I was craving a more personalized approach to helping people—something that aligned with the mission I’ve always had: Help people improve their lives and feel good.
After years in hospital settings, I saw the incredible strides we’ve made in treating illness. But there’s a huge opportunity to prevent disease through personalized nutrition. Early nutrition interventions can make a world of difference in how we feel, live, and age. As much as I trust science, I also know that wellness is not one-size-fits-all. It’s about finding what works for you.
That’s why Evergreen Health and Wellness was born—to provide a comprehensive range of personalized nutrition services, all in one place. Together, we’ll find sustainable approaches that fit your unique needs—no quick fixes or cookie-cutter plans.
I’m excited to expand our services and help you reach your health goals in a way that works for you. I can’t wait to be part of your journey.
Let’s get started.
